The choice of technique will depend on your specific goals and implant type, all of which will be discussed during your consultation. Once the best incision placement is determined, the selected implants will be carefully placed above or beneath your chest muscles to achieve your desired size and shape. We will then close the incisions with sutures.
Breast Augmentation Recovery
Initially, you may experience chest tightness, swelling, and bruising. These side effects will gradually subside and can be managed with medication. During recovery, you should wear a compression garment for the first few weeks. This garment enhances comfort and reduces fluid buildup, decreasing swelling and bruising and allowing your full surgical results to become visible sooner. It would be best to avoid strenuous activities and exercise for several weeks, but you can slowly resume your daily routine as comfort allows. We recommend waiting six to eight weeks before incorporating strenuous exercise into your routine.

Taking walks can benefit your recovery as the movement improves blood circulation, which can accelerate the healing process. Most patients return to their normal activities within a few weeks.
